Dashboard tour
Your dashboard lives at https://<your-id>.hanai.systems. It is a single-tenant web console for watching what the AI COO is doing — progress, what it has learned about your business, and the captured profile.
What it is for
The dashboard is a read-and-review surface. The conversation happens in Telegram; the dashboard is where you check in on the state of your workspace between turns.
What you’ll see
| View | Purpose |
|---|---|
| AI COO progress | Tiles for onboarding completion and profile completeness. |
| Learning | Capability gaps the bot has logged, plus recent dreams from the daily loop. |
| Static config | The captured profile, organised by section. |
These are described in detail on Views and Static config.
What it is not
- Not a chat surface. Talk to the AI COO in Telegram.
- Not a control panel for restarting services. That’s your operator’s job.
- Not multi-tenant. Your dashboard is yours alone.
Where it runs
The dashboard is hanai-dashboard.service on your VPS, listening on 127.0.0.1:8080, fronted by Caddy with auto-TLS. See The systemd services.
After a redesign
Static assets revalidate every 60 seconds. If the layout looks stale after an update, a single hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R) resets it.
