Acceptable Use Policy
The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) governs your use of Han AI. Material breach of the AUP is a material breach of the MSA.
Permitted use
The System is provided for your internal business operations as described in the applicable SOW — automating workflows, generating content, analysing data, communicating with your team, and operating your business.
Prohibited use
You and your Authorised Users will not:

| 2.1 | Submit, generate, store, or transmit unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, obscene, harassing, threatening, or violence-promoting content. CSAM is absolutely prohibited. |
| 2.2 | Make automated decisions in regulated domains (medical, legal, financial advice to retail consumers, employment, immigration, credit, insurance underwriting, criminal justice) without prior written agreement and appropriate human oversight. |
| 2.3 | Use AI Output without human review in any context where an inaccurate, biased, or hallucinated result could cause physical injury, significant financial loss, or violation of an individual’s rights. |
| 2.4 | Impersonate any person, generate non-consensual intimate imagery, create deepfakes of identifiable individuals without consent, or run political disinformation campaigns. |
| 2.5 | Process Personal Data without a lawful basis; scrape personal information in violation of source terms; infer sensitive attributes about an individual without consent; conduct unlawful surveillance. |
| 2.6 | Probe or attack the System; bypass rate limits or access controls; introduce malicious code. |
| 2.7 | Reverse-engineer the System except where applicable law expressly permits, or use the System to build a competing product. |
| 2.8 | Resell, sublicense, time-share, or make the System available to any third party as a hosted service except as expressly permitted by the SOW. |
| 2.9 | Generate volumes of traffic, inference calls, or storage that threaten the stability of the System. Routine business spikes are not abuse. |
| 2.10 | Use the System in a way that infringes any third party’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or contractual right. |
Enforcement
Han AI may suspend access without prior notice if a use of the System poses an immediate risk of harm to the System, to other customers, or to any third party. Where practical, Han AI will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
