What you get

Each Han AI workspace ships as a single Ubuntu VPS, provisioned by one command. There is no shared platform server. Everything that runs your AI COO lives on hardware that is yours alone.

The package

What is yours

  • The VPS — transferable to your own Vultr account on exit.
  • The Telegram bot token — issued from your account in BotFather if you prefer.
  • The Airtable base — sits in your Airtable workspace.
  • Every piece of state under /var/hanai/state/ on the VPS.

What we keep

Nothing. There is no central database. Operator access exists only over SSH for updates and support, and is governed by the terms in the MSA and DPA.

Defaults out of the box

  • TLS auto-renewing.
  • The 9 capabilities described in Capabilities overview installed and tested.
  • Token budget enforcement live for your tier.
  • Daily tenant brief regenerated and stored on the VPS.
  • Dreaming loop scheduled for 06:30 in your timezone.
