Han AI is single-tenant. Your workspace runs on its own VPS, so “platform health” reduces to the health of your specific instance plus the health of the upstream sub-processors that every workspace depends on.

Platform-wide status
There is no shared platform service to take down — Han AI is single-tenant by design. For questions about your specific workspace, contact your engagement owner. See support.
