Quickstart

Onboarding takes about thirty minutes of your time, spread over a day. Most of it is waiting — for DNS, for TLS, for your bot’s first hello.

Step 1 — Book the call

Reach out at hanai.systems. We agree your tier, region, and what your Han AI is for. The call typically takes twenty minutes.

You receive five documents by email:

Document	What it is
MSA	The master service agreement.
DPA	How your data is processed.
AUP	What Han AI may and may not be used for.
AI disclosure	Where AI is used in your workspace.
SOW	Scope and price for your tier.

You sign each with our e-sign flow. A one-time password to your email confirms your signature. See MSA for the full pack.

After signing you receive a payment link. We accept ABA PayWay (Cambodia) and international wire. Payment unlocks provisioning.

A single command on our side stands up your full workspace. About twenty minutes end-to-end.

Component	What gets done
VPS	A fresh Ubuntu server in your chosen region.
Tooling	All nine capabilities installed and tested.
Bot	Your dedicated Telegram bot is registered and pointed at your VPS.
Airtable	A fresh base is built from the canonical template.
Domain	`<your-id>.hanai.systems` is DNS-pointed at your VPS.
TLS	A Let’s Encrypt certificate is issued automatically.
Vault	An age-encrypted secrets vault is created on your VPS.

When provisioning finishes, you get an email with:

Open Telegram, search for your bot, and send hi. The bot replies. Onboarding starts.

You walk through a short profile capture. Han AI asks about your business, your priorities, and how you like to work. When it’s done, it says:

All set — activating your system now.

From that moment on, you’re in live mode.

Day 1 — onboarding completes. Your captured profile lands in Airtable. Your dashboard shows AI COO progress.
Day 2 — the dreaming loop fires at 06:30 in your timezone. You may or may not get an insight, depending on confidence.
Day 2 onward — your tenant brief is regenerated daily.
Whenever — you start asking it to do things. Search. Read a PDF. Draft an email. Schedule a recurring report. Generate a styled document.

Problem	Fix
OTP email never arrived	Check spam. Otherwise reply to the signing email and we resend.
Payment link expired	Reply to the activation email — we issue a new one.
Bot isn’t replying	Check Status, then DM your operator contact.
Dashboard says “Bot domain invalid”	A one-time `/setdomain` step in BotFather is needed; we’ll run it.
Telegram login widget rejects you	TLS may still be warming up. Wait five minutes and refresh.
